Responsibilities & Contributions: 
 Developed and customized email and Instagram story templates specifically tailored for stylists, enabling them to effectively communicate new brand partnerships to their clients, thereby fostering stronger relationships and driving increased engagement levels.

 Played a pivotal role in Garmentier's user experience (UX) enhancement initiatives by advocating for and guiding the implementation of platform and technology changes. This involved conducting thorough research and data analysis to identify areas for improvement, suggesting formatting enhancements, and introducing data-driven features aimed at optimizing user satisfaction and usability.

 Utilized Squarespace to revamp and update Garmentier's website, focusing on improving user-friendliness and enhancing overall flow and organization. Implemented strategic changes such as adding pages, features, and tailored content sections catering to the needs of both customers, stylists, and retailers alike.

 Took ownership of crafting visually captivating and impactful email campaigns utilizing Mailchimp and HubSpot, meticulously aligning each communication with the brand's messaging and target audience preferences.

 Managed and curated Garmentier's online presence across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This encompassed not only maintaining brand image and values but also actively engaging with customers, addressing queries, and fostering meaningful interactions.

 Acted as the primary curator of fashion-worthy content, sourcing and reposting relevant articles and trends to inspire and engage Garmentier's client base. This aspect of the role played a crucial part in nurturing a sense of community and trust among the audience, while keeping them informed and inspired by the latest fashion insights and trends.
