Throughout our semester-long project, our team delivered a comprehensive research report to Dolby, coupled with a multitude of innovative feature recommendations substantiated by thorough user research and rigorous testing. We spearheaded a user-centric approach to enhance the audiobook creation experience for UGC creators. Conducting in-depth interviews with narrators, podcasters, and writers, our team crafted detailed personas, facilitated interactive workshops, and utilized competitive analysis to inform the design of innovative features like an AI Narration Helper. Through prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing, we ensured a user-friendly experience, addressing pain points and optimizing workflows. Leading the development of a one-click platform exporting feature, we empowered UGC creators to effortlessly expand their reach and achieve success in the diverse landscape of audiobook creation.
